About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Skilled Laborer/Groundman. As a key member of our utility construction team, you will play a critical role in supporting the installation and maintenance of telecom infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual tasks such as digging trenches, unloading building materials, and preparing job sites using hand tools like shovels, rakes, and picks.
  • Work in outdoor utility construction sites, transporting heavy equipment to and from the job site each day.
  • Build and maintain aerial and underground cable systems, troubleshooting problems as they arise in the field.
  • Learn and train to use various kinds of tools and equipment, including directional drilling and fiber splicing.
Requirements
  • A valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
  • A track record of completing work with a high level of quality and a knack for figuring out hard problems.
  • A willingness to learn and advance your career in the telecom construction trade.
  • A commitment to safety and a desire to make an impact with your local community.
