You will report directly to the Tech Services Manager while overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of our technical infrastructure, with a focus on prompt issue resolution and ongoing improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and mentorship to technical staff, enhancing their capabilities and ensuring they can independently manage assigned responsibilities.
  • Organize a team of technicians to address the volume of open tickets, maintaining them at a minimum while utilizing resources effectively.
  • Ensure appropriate scheduling of the on-call team to assist partners promptly when repairs are necessary.
  • Make informed judgments and decisions in both the presence and absence of the Tech Services Manager.
  • Effectively delegate tasks to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead by example in resolving urgent technical issues, showcasing problem-solving skills and sound decision-making.
  • Demonstrate the ability to rectify the functionality of computer systems, printers, camera equipment, and other technical infrastructure, both front and back of house.
  • Oversee the operational integrity of computer systems, printers, camera equipment, and other technical infrastructure.
  • Implement and uphold rigorous maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and operational interruptions.
  • Ensure all technicians adhere to proper safety protocols and utilize personal protective equipment when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and technical capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operational efficiency and revenue generation for the company.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of successful technical servicing of digital products in a revenue-generating environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical leadership, with a strong ability to train, mentor, and delegate to a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen sense of urgency in addressing issues.
  • Strong technical background in managing computer systems, printers, and specialized equipment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions while guiding a team to embrace those changes.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Must be able to gain access to the partners we work with and travel to various worksites as needed.
  • Must be willing to travel, including out-of-state, to rectify, test, or install builds for operations.
  • Clean or satisfactory DMV record and a valid Florida Driver's License, with the ability to comply with applicable laws.
