Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects are completed within budget.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all projects are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial and/or Public Works experience: Experience managing multiple construction projects or a single larger and complex project.
  • Procore project management software experience: Experience using Procore project management software to manage construction projects.
  • Higher Education market sector experience: Experience working in the Higher Education market sector.
  • Healthcare market experience: Experience working in the Healthcare market sector.
