Your Role as a Design Consultant

We are seeking talented individuals to join our sales team as Design Consultants. As part of our One Team culture, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and provide expert recommendations for our comprehensive range of window treatments. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Match our products and services to clients' needs through expert consultations
  • Closely follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and avoid errors that impact our bottom line
  • Accurately measure, record, and configure specifications efficiently
  • Provide top-notch client service, following up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Be adaptable to the needs of the business, including appointment scheduling and time off requests
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and function effectively within a team
  • High school degree or equivalent required; some college work preferred
  • Availability to work full-time, five days per week, including one weekend day
  • Proficiency with PC-based programs and ability to quickly adapt to new technology processes
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
