Job Overview:
Walker Acura is in search of a dedicated and skilled Quick Lube Technician to enhance our service team.

In this role, you will be tasked with executing oil changes, tire rotations, and essential maintenance tasks on a diverse range of vehicles.

This position is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring a keen eye for detail, robust technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Liaise with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle upkeep and suggested services
  • Assess and identify potential issues on customer vehicles
  • Install and balance tires as needed
  • Uphold a clean and organized workspace
  • Engage in continuous learning and enhance technical skills through on-the-job training and manufacturer-provided courses

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Quick Lube Technician or in a comparable role within the automotive sector
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • ASE certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
