Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at PMI New Orleans. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical condition and appearance of our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect the exterior of the property and perform building and common area upkeep as needed.
  • Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter and trash.
  • Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff through a great attitude and resident trust.
  • Complete or oversee the completion of preventative maintenance.
  • Perform effective emergency maintenance as required.

Requirements:

  • High school education or trade school required.
  • Must be literate.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Must have a dependable vehicle and provide proof of liability insurance.

Benefits:

  • Pay: $20.00-25.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • Paid vacation and paid personal days off.
