  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in special education and Section 504 regulations.
  • A commitment to being visible, accessible, and approachable within the educational environment.
  • Proficient in behavior management and fostering respectful educational settings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Capable of evaluating, supporting, and modifying district systems, processes, and programs to effectively address the needs of students and staff, demonstrating a strong inquiry-based approach.
