About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Specialist to join our team at Kelly Jeep Chrysler. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in helping clients choose the right products and services that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and Guiding Clients

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to greet and guide clients as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.

Engaging with Clients

They will engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations, ultimately ensuring a seamless client experience.

Product Expertise

Our successful candidate will assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfill their wants and needs, continuously developing product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.

Customizing Vehicle Delivery

They will customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational features, following up daily on all sales leads using our CRM system.

Maintaining Relationships

Our ideal candidate will initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers, maintaining strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a positive can-do mentality, eager to improve, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Our ideal candidate will also have a valid driver's license and be able to maintain a hardworking, high-energy personality throughout the workday.
