  • Operate and oversee designated machinery to identify any product defects or operational issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems related to product quality and machinery performance.
  • Adhere to established quality control standards and regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Perform routine cleaning of equipment and work areas before, during, and after production runs.
  • Ensure that all products meet quality specifications and are properly labeled.
  • Utilize various tools and equipment as required for job functions.
  • Report any discrepancies or concerns regarding safety, quality, or operations to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic mathematics and algebra.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
  • Exhibit flexibility in work schedules to accommodate business needs.

Core Competencies:

Manufacturing Technician I:

  • Familiarize yourself with standard operating procedures and good manufacturing practices.
  • Effectively operate assigned machinery.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance communication and teamwork.
  • Complete all training requirements within the designated timeframe.
  • Conduct assembly and disassembly of machinery as needed.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of processes and outcomes.
  • Independently troubleshoot minor machinery and product issues.
  • Understand and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform quality checks and inspections as required.
  • Achieve all Technician I requirements within a specified period.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
