About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Estate Administration Attorney to handle a diverse range of matters, including disputes regarding the validity of wills or trusts, disagreements between beneficiaries, or challenges to fiduciary conduct. The ideal candidate will conduct legal research on estate and tax laws to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Additionally, the attorney will act as a liaison between executors, trustees, and beneficiaries to facilitate the smooth administration of the estate. The attorney will also assist with tax filings for estates, including estate tax returns, and provide advice on minimizing tax liabilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be licensed to practice law in Virginia (Maryland or DC is a plus) and have at least 2 years of recent experience in Estate Administration. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented attorney looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
