Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner II provides consultative guidance and support for high-volume recruiting business operations. They will communicate with hiring managers and key stakeholders updates related to Talent Acquisition activity. The goal is to drive the Talent Acquisition team to meet business needs and deliver top talent to contribute to the continuous growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partners and coaches hiring managers on best practices with recruiting, interviewing, and retention, including providing one-on-one support with reviewing resumes, interviewing questions/techniques.
  • Assists with tracking recruiting reporting metrics, such as staffing reports and dashboards, and conducting turnover analyses.
  • Conducts event planning for career nights, in-house job fairs, and other onsite hiring activities.
  • Opens job requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), posts internal announcements, and follows up with candidates via email and phone to schedule and confirm interview appointments, request application and assessment completion, notification of status, etc.
  • Supports the Talent Acquisition team with various aspects of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, application/assessment collection, scheduling face-to-face interviews with hiring managers, initiating offers, and conducting new hire background checks and drug screens.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' prior experience in a recruitment function, preferably in a high-volume business environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting business objectives and delivering results-driven solutions.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
