Job Overview


The Automotive Service Technician role is pivotal in ensuring the effective diagnosis, repair, and upkeep of customer vehicles at Monro. This position serves as an excellent entry point into your automotive career.

From day one, you will engage in a comprehensive training program designed to cover all facets of your new responsibilities, equipping you for future growth.

As a technician at Monro, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality repair services to our customers.

More importantly, you will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional customer experiences, utilizing your technical skills to ensure that our clients have safe and dependable transportation.


Compensation:
$35.00 per hour.

This position is eligible for additional bonuses and incentives, with pay determined by your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute brake repairs, suspension work, tire installations, routine maintenance, and a variety of automotive repairs that fall within your qualifications.

2. Obtain customer consent for all necessary repairs following diagnostics; maintain a tidy and organized workspace.

3. Conduct thorough inspections on every vehicle serviced, performing any required repairs and maintenance.

4. Safely test drive customer vehicles and utilize the shop vehicle for inventory pickups as needed.

5. Work collaboratively with team members and provide guidance to General Service Technicians.
