Job Overview

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Dairy Queen team As a key member of our restaurant team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • No prior work experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
