Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our Dairy Queen team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
  • Operate the cash register, count and return change, and balance the cash drawer.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • No previous work experience required.
  • Math skills needed to operate the cash register and balance the cash drawer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
