Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our Dairy Queen team As a key member of our restaurant team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Operate the cash register, count and return change, and balance the cash drawer.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Meet or exceed guest expectations in the areas of quality, service, cleanliness, and consistency.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • No previous work experience required.
  • Math skills needed to operate the cash register and balance the cash drawer.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
