Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process cash transactions, including counting and recording funds, making exchanges, and verifying personal identification information.
  • Maintain a secure and organized cash handling environment, ensuring that all funds are properly secured and balanced.
  • Comply with all company standard operating procedures, gaming regulations, and federal regulations, including AML compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous cashier or banking experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a valid state gaming license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
Working Environment

The Cage and Club Attendant will work in a casino environment, exposed to bright lights, noise, and changing temperatures. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in this environment and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
