Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Attendant. As the first point of contact for our members, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Welcome members and guests, providing them with information and directions as needed
  • Ensure the security of the facility by enforcing sign-in protocols
  • Perform various tasks such as folding towels, cleaning, and maintaining the locker room and club areas
  • Close and open the gym, ensuring a safe and secure environment
  • Multi-task and maintain a positive, energetic attitude
Requirements
  • 1+ year of front desk experience or related job experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and experience with word processing programs
