  • Update and maintain accurate pipeline reports, track leads, bookings, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Utilize technology to actualize on effective project and cost delivery.

About the Role:

Michael Page is seeking an experienced candidate with commercial construction experience to join their Pre-construction/Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various parties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
  • Ground-up commercial construction experience.
  • Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details.
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties, including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
