Job Overview

LivingWell Realty is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic real estate sales consultant to assist clients in their home buying journey. The ideal candidate will be adept at generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and facilitating successful transactions. This role requires a commitment to understanding the needs of homebuyers and providing exceptional service throughout the buying process.

Compensation:

Potential earnings of $75,000+ based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to cultivate leads and enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Identify and present suitable properties to homebuyers based on their preferences and financial considerations.
  • Host open house events to foster connections with prospective buyers and showcase available properties.
  • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth and successful closing process.
  • Prepare essential documentation such as contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements to facilitate seamless transactions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven success in real estate sales with a solid track record.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or in a related real estate role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and conditions in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with local communities to address inquiries about properties and neighborhoods - Training will be provided.
  • A valid Texas Real Estate license is mandatory; candidates currently in training are welcome to apply.
