Job Description

As a Brookdale Caregiver, your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care to our residents, recognizing their individual needs and encouraging their independence. Your duties will include:

  1. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
  2. Helping residents with light housekeeping tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes
  3. Engaging residents in meaningful conversations and providing attentive care
