Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at Smiths Interconnect. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the aerospace and defence, medical, semiconductor test, and industrial markets. They will be responsible for increasing sales in accordance with the corporate growth strategy, driving and measuring results to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for orders and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales in accordance with the corporate growth strategy.
  • Drive and measure results to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for orders and shipments.
  • Develop new opportunities and designs consistent with the company's objectives.
  • Create awareness in the Smiths Interconnect brand throughout the territory and customer base.
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with significant and strategic customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years related industry experience.
  • Field sales, marketing, or sales management experience.
  • Travel percentage: 50%.
