Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Table Games Dealer to join our team at Emerald Queen Hotel & Casinos. As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for conducting table games with precision and adherence to company policy, ensuring accurate chip issuance, proper payouts, game integrity, and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various table games in line with department procedures and game-specific manuals.
  • Handle customer transactions efficiently for buy-ins and payoffs.
  • Verify fills and credits to the game, ensuring accuracy.
  • Notify the Table Games Floor Supervisor of any irregularities in customer play or other transactions during the shift.
  • Uphold and maintain Emerald Queen Hotel & Casinos' high standards for exceptional guest service.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Satisfactory completion of dealer's training school or Casino approved equivalent.
  • Must deal at least two of the three major games (blackjack, roulette, and craps).
  • Good math skills, good dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and implement tasks given.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours.
  • Must have good manual and finger dexterity.
  • Must have good hand and eye coordination.
  • Must be able to bend, reach and squat.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis.
  • Must be able to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass an illegal drug screening and thorough background check for a IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
