Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Verbatim Americas.

This is a full-time position located in Charlotte, NC. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate Order Administration and 3PL Distribution including order processing, scheduling, expediting, customer returns, transportation, storage, and shipping of customer orders.
  • Coordinate Inbound/Outbound shipments via Ocean, Air, and Ground.
  • Help communicate, implement, and interpret customer service policies and procedures, with interaction between Marketing, Finance, Credit, Planning, and Distribution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Acts as liaison between Customers, Sales, and internal departments to resolve any customer service issues.
  2. Serves as liaison between Verbatim & third-party logistics company, ensuring that the needs of Verbatim are met.
  3. Helps maintain database for domestic and international customers which is used to produce Verbatim financial and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
