Position Overview:

Morris Midwest, a regional distributor specializing in CNC machine tools, tooling, accessories, and related engineering support, is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough research on part specifications and validating them against equipment bills of materials.
  • Obtaining competitive quotations from various suppliers and presenting formal quotes to clients.
  • Inputting orders into our database and monitoring them for customer updates.
  • Providing backup phone support for fellow Parts Coordinators.
  • Managing the picking, packaging, and shipping of outgoing orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate.
  • Maintaining a foundational knowledge of the machine tool sector and the specific product lines offered by the company.
  • Demonstrating the ability to manage multiple orders and quotations simultaneously.
  • Performing general office duties as required.
