Job Summary

We're looking for an individual with strong technical skills, good problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to represent us effectively at customer sites.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacement at the module level
  • Maintaining parts inventory and related records
  • Providing status reports throughout service repair
  • Diagnosing problems based on call information and error logs
  • Owning customer issues until resolution
  • Practicing security and safety procedures
  • Completing client-specific training and certifications
  • Reporting calls and activity accurately and promptly
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • A smartphone for work orders and support documentation
  • BASIC TOOLS, INCLUDING FLATHEAD AND PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVERS
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Basic Electrical and Mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications

An Associate degree or previous experience with client or similar equipment would be beneficial but not required.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
