\Our ideal candidate will have experience in medical imaging, specifically with MR and CT modalities, and be proficient in servicing GE OEM equipment. Formal training in OEM or RSTI is preferred.
\This role involves traveling within the West coast region of the US, primarily focusing on the greater Los Angeles area. Flexibility and adaptability are essential for success in this position.

\Job Description
\As a Service Engineer - Medical Imaging Equipment, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality technical field support and service to our medical imaging customers. This includes:

- Servicing, installing, inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting medical imaging equipment\
- Ensuring imaging systems are fully calibrated and functioning at OEM performance levels\
- Meeting customer needs and expectations while operating the system according to their requirements\
- Maintaining engineering competency and representing the company in a professional manner\
- Evaluating equipment, troubleshooting, and completing PMs, installations, and related tasks to independently diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical, and network problems\
- Calibrating and troubleshooting computer systems on the equipment according to OEM specifications\
- Continually expanding knowledge base in the repair and installation of equipment\
- Providing advanced-level diagnosis and repair of imaging systems\
- Supporting management through project feedback and communication of issues and opportunities\
- Documenting processes created and educating end users\
- Representing the company positively and providing feedback from on-site locations\
- This position requires flexibility to travel as required, up to 100% within the defined area/region.\

\The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
