KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Warmly greet incoming inquiries, offering innovative solutions and assistance
  • Efficiently and proactively address client issues with composure
  • Act as the central point of contact by thoroughly reviewing new business applications, completing policy assessments, and directing users to relevant knowledge resources
  • Utilize your analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to verify necessary documents, payments, and charges, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections as needed
  • Enhance customer loyalty by cultivating and sustaining business relationships
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Exceptional verbal communication and telephone skills
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing high-pressure scenarios
  • Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service while adapting to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to type 45 WPM and proficient in 10-key (required)
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or call center environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with insurance processing (preferred)
