Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Candidates must possess:
- MD or DO degree
- An unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania
- Completion of an ACGME accredited Pediatric Residency
- Board Certification in Pediatrics
- Completion of an ACGME Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship
- A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a pediatric outpatient setting
- At least 3 years of experience in leadership and change management
Compensation:
The base salary for this position ranges from USD $300,000 to $320,000, with full-time benefits and relocation assistance available.
Candidate Profile:
This role is suitable for individuals with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, holding a Doctorate Degree, and no requirement for travel.
