Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Manager to oversee our inventory systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with production needs. The ideal candidate will excel in ERP management, process improvement, and inventory control, playing a critical role in enhancing our inventory efficiency and supporting cost-effective operations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, ideally within a manufacturing setting. Experience with ERP systems is essential; familiarity with barcoding systems (e.g., Portable Intelligence RF Plus) is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate inventory data in our ERP system through regular audits and discrepancy resolution.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels, balancing production needs with cost efficiency to minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Analyzing current inventory procedures and recommending improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborating with production and purchasing teams to forecast inventory needs based on sales data and production schedules.
Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field, and proficiency in ERP systems (Infor Visual experience is a plus), Excel, and data analysis tools.
This role offers a competitive salary between $70K - $90K, depending on experience, along with health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
