At H&R Block, we are seeking a highly skilled Tax Advisor to join our team. As a Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing tax preparation, tax audit support, and tax planning services to our clients.
About the Role:- Build year-round client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct tax interviews face-to-face and through virtual tools, such as video conferencing and chat.
- Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
- Grow your tax expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.
- 5 years of tax experience, with a focus on individual tax returns and tax planning.
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Comfort working with virtual tools, including video conferencing and chat.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
