Tax Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team at CyberCoders. As a Tax Senior, you will play a key role in providing tax services and advice to our diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and Review Tax Returns: Prepare and review tax returns for individual, S Corporations, Partnerships, C Corporations, High-Net-Worth Individuals, Trusts, and Estates.
- Conduct Tax Research and Analysis: Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax issues and provide effective solutions.
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Supervise and Coordinate Junior Tax Professionals: Supervise and coordinate the work of junior tax professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and Ensure Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with tax deadlines and regulations.
- Manage Tax Budgets: Manage tax budgets and work to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness of tax services.
- Deliver High-Quality Work-Product: Ensure high-quality work-product is delivered to clients, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
- CPA or EA Certification: CPA designation or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred.
- Extensive Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of tax regulations and laws for individual and business entities.
- Experience with High-Net-Worth Clients: Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Tax Software: Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
