Tax Services Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Services Senior to join our team at Citrin Cooperman Advisors LLC. As a key member of our Tax Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our entertainment practice.
Responsibilities:- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns, extensions, and quarterly projections for various clients.
- Review tax work of staff and interns, providing feedback, training, and mentoring.
- Assist with the coordination of day-to-day duties, including planning, tax work, and wrap-up.
- Perform tax research to resolve issues and identify tax matters to communicate to Managers and Partners.
- Build relationships with clients and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a mid-size public accounting firm.
- CPA or in progress preferred.
- Possess knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, including individual, trust, and gifts taxation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsive to clients.
- Must have excellent client service skills.
- Approaches projects with a sense of urgency.
- Highly motivated.
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Knowledge of Axcess and Go File Room is a plus.
- Must have entertainment tax experience.
