Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide pharmaceutical care to patients in a clinical setting, ensuring that their medication needs are met safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compound and dispense medications and other pharmaceuticals in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and organizational policy.
  • Serve as a resource to other healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, pharmacy students, and residents.
  • Consult with nursing, medical staff, and patients regarding medications, orders, drug details, patient reactions, errors, and complaints.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Pharmacist license (RPH).
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
