Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team in North Charleston. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving the success of our 100% scratch kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service standards.
  • Develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, labor, and food costs, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Local Owner to establish and achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, management, and guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance and retention.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work in a restaurant environment with exposure to heat and noise.
