Overview

Come be a part of Team Atlantis, a dynamic and growing organization. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a finance or business degree and extensive experience in analytics, technology, and data processing. The successful candidate will play a critical role in making and executing strategic financial and operational decisions across the Company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial models, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis, reporting, and business intelligence to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Review financial statements and perform monthly and quarterly financial variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate financial and operational reporting packages for key internal and external stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with operation, finance, and accounting leaders to analyze and report business drivers and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze financial and operational information to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management and executives for decision-making purposes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for operational improvements and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop commentary on analysis and reports to present to the Company's executive leadership.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analytics as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on market and industry trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A in a high-growth, publicly traded company, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with the ability to understand and construct complex financial models.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools, with knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio and Cognos Finance, Cognos BI, and TM1 a plus.
  • Strong business analytics skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail and effective project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
