Customer Service and Storage Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Storage Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing storage facilities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage storage facilities, including conducting daily inspections, auditing cash drawers, and making bank deposits.
- Sell packing and moving supplies to customers, and make suggestions to meet their storage needs.
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal.
- Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments.
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies.
- Valid driver's license and ability to utilize own vehicle to travel between work locations and/or conduct work-related business.
