Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive professional to oversee critical maintenance operations and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the reliability of our assets, equipment, and processes. This role involves data acquisition and analysis, standardizing equipment information, and recommending improvements for maintenance strategies.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regional maintenance leaders in achieving corporate maintenance objectives and identifying areas for improvement to attain world-class asset reliability.
  • Recognize and catalog bakery equipment, linking them to relevant process areas within the maintenance management system.
  • Develop and refine preventative and predictive maintenance strategies throughout the equipment lifecycle.
  • Assess equipment performance, identify risks, and formulate plans to enhance availability.
  • Analyze reliability data, manage underperforming assets, and devise strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for personnel on equipment standardization and best practices.
  • Lead projects that enhance machine reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee spare parts management and inventory optimization.
  • Utilize computerized maintenance management systems effectively.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis for equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability into project planning.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of equipment within the maintenance hierarchy.
  • Encourage continuous improvement in reliability practices.
  • Engage with various stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Willingness to travel frequently is required.

  • Experience in food processing environments is preferred.
