We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Trauma Coordinator to join our team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a key member of our trauma care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing timely and effective interventions to address their concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trauma care guidelines and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
