ThinkTek was established with the intent to provide customized solutions focusing on Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Operations.
Role Overview: We are looking for a Consultant | Senior to assist with a project involving the IRS.
Key Responsibilities- The Senior Consultant will provide guidance to IRS Senior Leaders on improving the overall business framework, employee engagement, and various aspects of daily operations.
- The Senior Consultant will identify specific challenges and work on enhancing operational efficiencies.
- The Senior Consultant should possess the ability to operate autonomously and offer constructive insights to the training team regarding various training and data collection initiatives.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in federal acquisition and contract management.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as public policy, international relations, or business.
- A solid understanding of the federal acquisition life cycle and procurement best practices is essential.
- PMP certification is required.
