Role Overview: We are currently in search of a Senior Consultant to provide expertise in support of a contract with the IRS.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Senior Consultant will provide strategic advice to IRS Senior Leaders on optimizing the overall business framework, enhancing employee relations, and refining daily operational processes.
  • This role involves diagnosing specific challenges and implementing improvements to increase operational efficiencies.
  • The Senior Consultant is expected to work autonomously and offer constructive insights to the training team regarding various training initiatives and data collection strategies.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in federal acquisition and contract management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as public policy, international relations, or business.
  • A solid understanding of the federal acquisition life cycle and procurement best practices is essential.
  • PMP certification is required.
