Role Overview: We are in search of a Senior Consultant to contribute to a significant contract with the IRS.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Senior Consultant will provide strategic advice to IRS Senior Leaders on optimizing the overall business framework, enhancing employee relations, and refining various operational aspects.
  • They will be tasked with diagnosing specific challenges and enhancing operational efficiencies.
  • The Senior Consultant should possess the ability to work autonomously and offer constructive insights to the training team regarding diverse training and data collection initiatives.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in federal acquisition and contract management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (public policy, international relations, or business).
  • A solid understanding of the federal acquisition life cycle and procurement best practices is essential.
  • PMP certification is required.
