Insurance Operations Coordinator

William Raveis Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Assistant to support our growing book of business. As a professional in Personal Lines Insurance, you will join our commitment to provide our clients and customers with quality products and outstanding service for every transaction.
The Insurance Operations Assistant will play a critical role in supporting key moments in a policy lifecycle from new business through renewal. This is a fast-paced environment where the ability to multi-task and the flexibility to meet shifting priorities are essential to success.
Responsibilities:
- Promote William Raveis Insurance Company's complete line of products and services, including homeowner's and auto insurance to customers, both internal and external.
- Coordinate and follow up on property inspections to ensure timely completion and compliance with underwriting guidelines.
- Process and manage mortgage changes, including updating policy information and communicating with mortgage companies.
- Execute the non-payment process, including sending reminders, processing payments and managing cancellations and reinstatements.
- Assist with the renewal process by preparing renewal documents, communicating with clients and ensuring timely policy renewals.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members and other partners.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
