KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Exhibits and utilizes a comprehensive understanding of the field of expertise through the successful execution of moderately complex tasks;
Possesses a strong process orientation and discipline to ensure adherence to both Corporate and Client protocols;
Employs critical thinking skills to identify and implement enhanced efficiencies and process optimizations;
Demonstrates effective communication abilities to interact professionally with all levels within and outside the organization;
Exhibits flexibility to undertake additional projects and adjust to shifts in priorities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5-8+ years of pertinent experience or a Master's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience;
Familiarity with automatic train control systems concepts and principles, along with current signaling standards;
Practical knowledge of safety standards and practices required at project sites;
Experience in the installation and testing of train control systems;
Experience in client interaction and adaptation of their processes;
Working knowledge of Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) products concerning installation support and testing is a significant asset;
Experience in deploying fixed block signaling systems is a notable advantage;
Field experience in a rail transit installation, testing, or support environment, or similar technology application is highly valuable;
Experience in supporting field activities.
