Nurse Clinician - Patient Assessment

Loma Linda University Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Nurse Clinician - Patient Assessment. In this position, you will conduct thorough clinical evaluations of patients to determine their needs and develop effective treatment plans. You will work closely with hospital staff and clinicians to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention necessary for optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of patients to determine their needs and develop effective treatment plans
* Coordinate with hospital staff and clinicians to facilitate admissions according to department guidelines and criteria
* Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license, as well as experience working in medical/surgery settings. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
