About the Role
In this critical position, you will coordinate contact with clinical, hospital, and community resources to ensure seamless care delivery. You will work closely with clinicians and hospital staff to facilitate timely admissions according to established department guidelines and criteria. Additionally, you will perform other duties as needed to support the efficient operation of our center.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in medical/surgery required.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Possession of current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
- Prevention and Management of Assaultive Behavior (PMAB) certification is required within the first thirty days of hire.
