As a key member of our CRE Portfolio Analytics Team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal pricing and execution across all CRE products and services, as well as risk oversight and reporting on the existing CRE portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Develop tools to monitor and manage the existing production, including operational reporting and efficiency and productivity metrics.
- Optimize Pricing and Execution: Optimize pricing strategy for portfolio production, monitor competitive landscape, and make pricing recommendations and risk assessments.
- Monitor and Analyze Portfolio Performance: Monitor existing portfolio and make recommendations to maximize yields, provide strategic balance and pricing forecasts for the CRE portfolio.
- Manage Expenses and Review Financial Reports: Manage expenses and review profit and loss reports with senior management.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Partner with Bank management, Treasury, Bank ALCO, UBS Bank Credit, and vendors or other key partners to implement pricing and reporting changes.
- Maintain and Validate CRE Data: Maintain and validate CRE data utilized for reporting and analytics.
- Provide Strategic Support: Take complex analyses and turn them into proposals with cogent commentary to numbers, provide management presentation support for the entire CRE team.
- B.A / B.S college degree
- 2+ years' experience
- Understanding of lending fundamentals including loan pricing and cash flow analysis
- Track record of successfully supporting business users with reporting & analytics, decision support, and presentation support
- Ability to interact with all levels of management, multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong ability to organize, analyze and interpret legal and compliance related materials
- Self-confident, good judgment, and sound decision making and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiencies in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SQL
