Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct follow-ups after service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction with vehicle repairs.
  • Maintain and organize all automotive documentation, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records.
  • Coordinate scheduling for service technicians.
  • Collaborate with the dealership's service porter to ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up.
  • Prepare and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other necessary documentation for repairs by service technicians.
Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other essential software.
  • Previous experience in a service department or as a service technician is advantageous.
  • Must hold a valid, state-issued driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
