Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate the provision of nursing care to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Lead efforts to reduce variation in clinical practice and improve efficiency, effectiveness, and cost
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service
  • Manage staff scheduling and operating expenses, including the utilization of supplies and equipment
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in healthcare leadership, with a focus on oncology
  • Oncology Chemo Certificate
