About the Job:
TPI Staffing, Inc is seeking an experienced Residential Site Planner II to join our team remotely. As a key member of our New Home Starts department, you will play a crucial role in creating site plans, reviewing title commitments, and providing support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing final site plans, reviewing and approving title commitments, setting up preliminary site plans on AutoCAD, and maintaining an understanding of current design standards, code, and community guidelines. Additionally, they will ensure the quality and accuracy of all drawings and complete projects within tight deadlines.

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled individual with at least one year of experience in basic drafting methods and proficiency in AutoCAD. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong foundational knowledge in architectural language, reading blueprints, and basic algebra.
