Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
1. **Shift Leadership**: Assume the lead role during assigned shifts, ensuring that work activities are performed efficiently and in accordance with established guidelines.
2. **Training and Development**: Assist management in training staff on proper work techniques and the effective use of supplies and equipment.
3. **Food Preparation**: Participate in the preparation of a variety of meals, including portioning and cooking using various methods such as grilling and frying.
4. **Customer Service**: Operate point-of-sale systems, handle transactions, and provide excellent service to patrons.
5. **Food Transport and Setup**: Ensure that serving areas are well-organized and that food is maintained at appropriate temperatures.
6. **Sanitation and Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas, including clearing tables and operating dishwashing equipment.
7. **Inventory Management**: Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and report any maintenance needs.

Qualifications
- **Education**: A partial high school education is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 18 months in food preparation or service is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate kitchen equipment as needed.
